Ingredients

    500 grams of high protein flour
    4 egg yolks
    250 grams of potatoes
    100 grams of sugar
    100 grams of butter
    100 ml of cold water
    50 grams of full cream milk powder
    11 grams of instant yeast
    1 liter of cooking oil
    1/2 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Potato Donuts

- First, wash the potatoes that are still fresh until clean, then boil the potatoes cooked and feels soft,  then peel the skin and cut the potatoes into small, mashed until smooth.
- After that, put the prepared flour into a container, add sugar sand, milk powder, and instant yeast into it, then stir until everything is flat. Then put the finely ground potatoes into the mixture, stir again until smooth.
- Then add egg yolks and cold water, then stir again until blended. After evenly, add butter and salt ,stir and knead the mixture by hand  feels dull and not sticky.
- Place the dough on the container and cover it with a wet cloth, then let it sit for a long time 30 minutes for the mixture to expand.
- If it has expanded, the shape of the donut dough, make a hole in the middle.
- Place the donut that has been formed on a plate or container that has been sprinkled a little flour so as not to stick. Then leave the donut for 2o minutes.
- As you wait, heat the cooking oil, then fry the donuts while being turned around until cooked  evenly, and brownish yellow.
- Drain the cooked donuts, then apply the donuts with butter, then sprinkle meses above the donuts. Besides meses, you can also sprinkle it with refined sugar or other sprinkles.
